Time-Gated Images: Space Resolved

Time-gated images of the spatially resolved spectrum can be shown by selecting Horizontally resolved spectrum or Vertically resolved spectrum in the Plot type combo box. If there were no spatially resolved spectra calculated, these will not be available in the combo box.

Before any image is shown, the time gate parameters must be entered by clicking on the Edit... button in the Resolution parameters frame. See Spectral and Image Resolution for details on the settings. Spectral and spatial resolutions can also be entered.

Images at other gate times are displayed by:

• Selecting a time from the Gate time combo box.
• Using the Cycle sim. time controls to step through the available gate times.

  

  Functionality from left to right:

  • Go to the first time step.
  • Go to the previous time step.
  • Step backwards through the time steps.
  • Stop stepping through the time steps.
  • Step forwards through the time steps.
  • Go to the next time step
  • Go to the last time step.
